Service Tax
Whenever celebratory/sparkling or digestive cakes are not provided by the Dom Abade but accompanied by an invoice for acquisition and the management of this a service tax applies:
Dish and Fork for Cakes (per person)..........................................................................................1.00€
Glass for Wines/Sparkling or Digestive (per person).................................................................0.60€

Buffet Service Regulation

• In the event of any product being exposed in the Buffet, we reserve the right to replace this with another product selected by the restaurant.
• Food waste left on the table/Plate by the customer will be charged € 15.00 kg - Buffet extra value.
• At the same table only the choice of the same Buffet typology is valid.
• Bar open to drinks included after the coffee service - 4,50 Euros until the opening hours close.
• This service/conditions is not valid for groups or for buses. In case of wish Buffet service for a group please contact us for Budget.

Alcohol Law
It is prohibited to provide, regardless of commercial objectives, to sell or, for alcoholic beverages in public places and open to the public:
a) to minors;
b) Anyone who is notoriously intoxicated or appears to have a psychic anomaly:
The availability, sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages are also prohibited:
a) In canteens, bars and other establishments for catering or drinks, accessible to the public, located in health facilities;
b) In automatic machines;
c) at petrol stations located on motorways or outside places;
d) In any establishment, between 0 and 8 hours, except:
I) Commercial establishments for catering or drinks;
II) Of the establishments located in ports and airports in place of accessibility reserved for passengers;
III) Of nightlife and similar establishments.

Priority Law
Decree-Law no. 58/2016 of 29 August
It establishes the obligation to give priority attention to persons with disabilities or to incapacity, elderly people, pregnant women and people accompanied by children of lap, for all public and private entities that provide face-to-face public.
